What's Changed

A test suite has been added to the CI, initially gathers information contained inside plugins and makes it available as JSON metadata.

The build pipeline is updated to ship Win64 binaries along with sourcecode as new official release formats.

Various fixes include also a sane MSVC build and the elimination of variable length arrays.
